Private Kandy Day Tour
You will be starting your tour at morning from your hotel or Airport, where you will be picked up your chauffeur. Ensure that you bring a packed breakfast with you if you are unable to have your meal at the hotel.
First Visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage : It is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants. at the moment there are about 75 Elephants in the Orphanage.
Next Peradeniya Botanical Garden : It is one of the best botanical gardens in Sri Lanka, and one of the most beautiful in Asia. It is renowned for the collection the variety of Orchids, spices, medicinal plants and palms trees and many other rare species.
After Lunch visit Temple of sacred tooth relic : The golden-roofed Temple of the Sacred Tooth houses Sri Lanka’s most important Buddhist relic, the tooth of the Lord Buddha.
Finally visit Kandy view point to see beautiful sunset. Later that evening you will be finishing the tour and returning to your hotel or Airport.
